Accreditation:
Accreditation for the preconference and main conference will be obtained from the following Dutch organisations as soon as the definite programme is finalised:
- Vereniging EMDR Nederland
- Herregistratie Eerstelijnspsychologen (NIP)
- VGCt
- Vereniging voor Psychiatrie
- Herregistratie Klinisch Psychologen
Full conference fee:
- admission to all meeting sessions, poster sessions and exhibition
- programme book
- satchel
- coffee and tea during the preconference and conference breaks
- welcoming reception on Friday, June 5th
Not included:
- The lunches at the Trainers and Consultants day, the preconference workshops and the conference are not included. For the conferences you can order packed lunches for € 15 per day.
- Conference party on Saturday, June 6th. Please note that an entry ticket is needed. If you have not booked your ticket when you registered, please check at the Registration Desk if tickets are still available.
Badges
The name badges serve as an admission pass to the different events. You are asked to ensure that you wear your name badge at all times.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
If you are not able to register on-line, please contact the conference office. Please note that once the registration form has been submitted, payment is due. All registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail with confirmation of registration details according to the submitted registration form.
LIABILITY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference participants are advised to arrange adequate travel, health and other insurance before they leave their home country. Participation is completely at the participant's own risk: the organising committee, EMDR Europe and the conference office will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the conference, except in de case of deviation from Dutch law provisions.
The Dutch law applies to the conference under all circumstances.
The conference office must be notified in writing of cancellations of registrations.
Before February 10, 2009 80% of the fee will be refunded
From February 10 until April 12, 2009 60% of the fee will be refunded
After April 12, 2009 no refund possible
Please note that once the registration form has been submitted, payment is due.
